Horizon Machine and Attachments makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. In stock orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of the date of purchase. If you order is not in stock or it is a custom made order, you will be contacted with the shipping date. Please allow extra time for weekends and holidays.  If you provide an e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation from our servers as soon as the order has been processed. Tracking information will also be sent from the carrier within 24 to 48 hours of your shipment.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All custom made or altered orders are not refundable.

Returned shipments will not be acknowledged without proper RMA. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipments are not insured. Please thoroughly inspect all items for damage. If the item is damaged, please inform the freight company’s driver and have him note it on the receipt before you sign it. Take pictures of the damaged item and e-mail them along with a copy of the receipt to [email protected].  Horizon Machine and Attachments will assist with the claim but is not responsible for damages that accrued during the shipping.

Horizon Machine and Attachments is not responsible for any delay in shipping by any carrier. Horizon Machine and Attachments will not issue shipping refunds, file claims on behalf of the customer, or provide any remedy for any missed or delayed shipments. By purchasing anything from Horizon Machine and Attachments the customer agrees that missed or delayed shipments shall simply be chalked up as "bad luck" without remedy or discourse. "Without Discourse" means that Horizon Machine and Attachments will not enter into any argument, formal discussion, debate, or conversation about missed or delayed shipments.

No proof of shipments can be given after 90 days after the purchase date. The reason for this is that most shipping companies only keep tracking and proof of delivery information active in their database for 90 days. Any disputes about proof of delivery or merchandise not received claims must be made no later than 90 days after the order date.
